05 My build queue, one monthly fee from R12 500 / month

My build queue, one monthly fee

One fixed amount a month. Send me as many things to build as you like, put them in the order you want them, and I work down the list.

New offer

Being straight with you: I have not run this as a subscription before, so you would be early. That is the trade — my full attention now, and the price you start on is the price you keep for as long as you stay.

How it runs

Three steps, then it just runs

  1. 01

    Start

Pick a plan and pay the first month. Your list is open within a day.

  2. 02

    Add what you want

Put everything on the list and drag it into the order you want it. Whatever is on top is what I build next, and you can move things whenever you like.

  3. 03

    It gets built

I build the top one and send you a link to look at. You tell me what to change, I change it, it goes live, and the next one starts.

Why

What you get out of it

  • One number on the invoice

The same amount every month. No quotes, no arguments about scope, no hourly billing.

  • You decide the order

Move anything to the top and that is what I pick up next.

  • One person, start to finish

I design it, build it and put it live myself. Nothing gets handed to a junior you have never met.

  • Pause it when it goes quiet

Stop the clock mid-month and keep the days you have not used for when things pick up again.

  • Checked before you see it

Everything gets looked at properly on a phone and a computer before it reaches you.

  • Yours to take away

Everything I build for you belongs to you, and nothing is locked to me.

Plans

Two lanes to choose from

01

Single Lane

R12 500

Per month

One build in progress

One business with a steady list of things it wants built.

  • Put as many things on the list as you like
  • I start the top one within a working day
  • A link to look at, usually within three working days
  • Messages before 15:00 answered the same day
  • Up to three people can add things
  • Pause or stop it the month you say so

02

Two Lanes

R21 000

Per month

Two builds in progress

Two jobs that cannot sit behind each other, or a team that keeps finding work.

  • Two things being built at once, so one never waits behind the other
  • Same start and preview times on each
  • A short note every Friday on what moved
  • Up to six people can add things
  • Anything I have already built for you jumps the queue when it breaks
  • Pause or stop it the month you say so
Ask about Two Lanes

Every plan includes

  • As many things on the list as you want
  • One or two being built at a time, in your order
  • Designed, built and put live by me
  • A link to look at before anything goes live
  • Hosting set up and handed over in your own account
  • WhatsApp, email or the form — no standing meetings
  • No notice period and no cancellation fee
Scope

Things you can put in the queue

  • A marketing site, built page by page
  • A landing page for one campaign
  • A dashboard for the numbers you check daily
  • A WhatsApp quote-builder widget
  • An internal tool to replace a spreadsheet
  • An automation that moves data between two systems
  • An AI assistant wired into your own data
  • An enquiry or booking form that actually reaches you
  • Speed and image work on a site you already have
  • A rebuild of a site you inherited
  • Fixes to how something looks on a phone
  • Getting a site live, with your domain pointed at it

Not for everyone

This is wrong for you if you want daily meetings, a team of five, or a twenty-page site finished by Friday. It is also wrong if you have one small job — ask me to quote that as a project and pay once.

Questions

Straight answers

How quickly does something come back?
I start the top thing on your list within a working day and aim to have something for you to look at within three. If it is too big for that I tell you before I start, and split it so you still see progress.
What counts as one thing?
Anything with a clear finish: a page, a form, a screen, an automation, a widget. Send me a whole website and I will split it into pages and work through them in your order.
Is there really no limit?
Put as much on the list as you want. Only the top one or two is ever being built, so the list is your order of priority rather than a promise to finish all of it this month.
Can one month buy a whole system?
No, and I would rather say so now than argue about it later. The monthly fee buys my time, not a finished system. Anything the size of a full internal tool runs across a few months, and I will tell you roughly how many before you start.
How does pausing work?
Tell me and it stops that day. The days you have paid for and not used stay on the clock, and you spend them when things pick up again.
How do I stop?
Send me a message. The month you have paid for runs out and nothing renews. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and everything already built stays yours and stays working.

Two things is enough to tell whether this is a fit.
