The live site
Wilton had an older site where the important things were hard to read and the questions customers actually ask were scattered across different pages.
Eight pages, rebuilt. The services are one clear list, the areas they cover are stated plainly, and the questions people kept asking are answered in one place instead of five. The enquiry form reaches them properly and says so when something goes wrong.
