A WhatsApp enquiry usually opens with "hi, how much?" and takes about six messages before anyone knows what is being asked about. This asks those questions on the website first, and hands over a message that already has the answers in it.
It is the product behind the WhatsApp widget service — the working version of the thing, with the pricing, the comparison and the setup all built out.
