Leads were arriving from a few different directions and ending up in a few different spreadsheets, which meant nobody could say what had been followed up and what had not.
This puts all of them on one screen, grouped by where they came from and what has been done about them. Built for one person to move quickly: add a lead, mark what happened, move on.
