Most AI tools either cannot touch the systems you actually use, or touch them without asking. This sits in between: it connects to the apps you already have, and anything that would change something stops and waits for you to approve it first.
Chat, a voice mode you can talk to, and a reading view for your inbox — with the connections set up from inside the app rather than by somebody technical.
